Borrowing Policy

Patrons not affiliated with The Catholic University of America may not take books out of the library.
Because the law library's collection contains primarily reference materials, most materials cannot be checked out.  Single-volume books which are not updated in any way (by pocket part or by looseleaf pages) are the only items that circulate.

You must present a valid CUA I.D. in order to check out materials.

It is the patron's responsibility to know when borrowed items are due.  You can view your patron record and renew your books online.
